This Week we focused on what our goals for Semester two will be.
We also had to think about what our goals in Semester One were.
Did we reach our goals? Did we succeed?
What else did we have to work on?
We had to choose one behavioural goal, and one academic goal.
For each goal, we had to write the steps we would take to achieve each goal.
We used the S.M.A.R.T. chart.
Our goals had to be SPECIFIC, MEASURABLE, ATTAINABLE, RELEVANT and TIME-BASED.
It is great to be able to set our own goals and write them down, because in this way, we can actually see what we are trying to achieve. Also, our parents and teacher can see what we want to achieve, and they can help us if we forget sometimes.
Our first week of Term 3 has been a busy one.
We have spent a lot of time discussing healthy food choices.
